A flow meter for the optional 3rd/4th dosing pump. The device will print out the flow of each line. If the value is lower or higher than the set value an alarm will be raised and the machine will stop the process.

Conductivity sensor Lancer / Getinge factory fitted for ULTIMA glass washers 810LX, 815LX, 820LX, 910LX, 1300LX

Connection for HP network printer - Requires RS232 option.

Detergent and acid flow rate are individually fitted with a flowmeter. The device will print out the flow of each line. If the value is lower or higher than the set value an alarm will be raised and the machine will stop the process.

Dry contact: programmable output for external communication / control of external equipment. Volt free contact package for external communication include: • Cycle in process • Alarm activated • Request for purified/demineralized water

Effluents are cooled down to reduce temperature to an average of 60°C / 140°F by direct injection of cooling water.

External table printer with thermic paper - Requires RS232 option.

Hot purified water valve can be provided in stainless steel in lieu of plastic to accommodate highly corrosive DI water.

IQ/OQ Testing of 1x cycle to pre-defined Getinge protocols

Neutralization of the effluent can be performed by adding acid in the caustic wash solution just before draining. The quantity of acid to be injected has to be calculated to ensure the amount of detergent in the wash solution is properly neutralized. It is also possible to neutralize an acid rinse with the same method.

One additional dosing pump can be provided, 3 total. This can be either an alkaline or acid dosing pump, not both.

Sampling valve Lancer / Getinge factory fitted, for ULTIMA glass washers

The condenser removes steam vapour when chamber temperature exceeds 50°C / 122°F and directs condensate to drain. - Included as a standard feature.

The emergency stop will immediately shutdown all media and processing. When the emergency stop has been reset, the operator or technician must acknowledge the alarm.

The low pressure valve & pump reduces required purified water supply pressure to 0.1 - 2bar. If purified supply pressure exceeds 2bar, this pump should not be included.

The recirculation pump pressure will be measured thanks a pressure sensor, this value will be printed out. If the value is lower or higher than the set value an alarm will be raised and the machine will stop the process.

The Washer door is fitted with a View In Process window - Included as standard feature on free standing units.

The washer is equipped with a PT-1000 temperature sensor. The Values will be stated on the process printout

The water circulation system (hydraulic circuit) can be provided in 316L stainless steel. This does not include the main water circulation pump that is made in polyamide (thermoplastic)

The water softener softens incoming cold and hot water (maximum of 50°C / 122°F). It includes automatic regeneration after each wash cycle with low salt alarm. The water softener prolongs and improves efficiency in hard water areas. - Included as standard feature.

With extension and attachment so that the RS-232 / Ethernet ports are located on the backside of the LAB washer.
